7.参赛经费及报名措施
Registration and Cost
7.1 参赛经费
Cost
7.1.1所有参赛选手在参赛时代入住指定饭店，食宿费用由赛事组委会承当 ，住宿为双人尺度间；须要单人应用房间的选手需提早上报赛事组委会，并补齐响应差价300元/天(单人房间人员需缴纳3000元押金，最终以现实入住天数核算撤退退却回残剩押金)；入住非指定饭店的选手，费用自己料理。
The organizing committee will cover the accommodations for all players including the hotel rooms with two beds and food expenses during their competitions.
Players who need a single room are required to inform the organizing committee before their arrivals and pay RMB￥3,000/room deposit when check in. The single room charge is RMB 300/day/room (approx. USD 50) Refund will be issued when check out.
The players who do not live in official hotels will have to pay for all the accommodation cost by themselves.
7.1.2 外围赛参赛费为100美元或600元国民币；正赛参赛费为400美元或2400元国民币，由外围赛晋级正赛的选手，补足差额就可以。参赛费交赛事承办单元，北京星牌伟业体育成长有限公司。
The entry fee for the qualifier match is USD100 or RMB 600 per person, and USD400 or RMB2400 for final matches.
The players who are qualified for the final matches need to make up the sum difference of the entry fees after he/she is qualified.
7.2 加入 外围赛国际须眉、女子选手的报名措施 及旅程部署

7.2.1 报名 Registration
A.报名时光：自本比赛规程颁布之日起，至2018年2月9日24点截止。
Registration Deadline: Starting from the Official Rules and Policies announced till at 12:00 PM on Feb. 9th, 2018.

7.2.2 旅程部署 ：
Traveling Schedule
A.自2018年3月19日起，赛事组委会在上海虹桥火车站建立赛事招待处，协助国际选手自上海抵达江西玉山，发抖 昌盛的所有交通费、食宿费用由参赛选手自己料理。
The organizing committee will set up a reception team on 19th March 2017 in HongQiao Railway Station to help the international players and the coaches and their families to buy the fast train tickets.
Both international and Chinese players will be responsible for their own round trip transport costs from Shanghai to the venue. All players pay for their own accommodation during their transfer to Yushan.
B.自3月19日起，国际参赛选手可免费入住赛事指定饭店、解决参赛手续。届时，由赛事组委会招待人员部署 国际参赛选手入住指定饭店、交纳参赛费、进行参赛挂号、引诱解决参赛事宜。小我竞赛停止日第二天需解决退房，如需持续入住费用自己料理。
All international players check-in date starts from March 19th, 2018. The reception teams of the organizing committee will guide the players to check in, pay hotel room deposit, entry fees and fill the forms of competition registration.
All players must check out on the second day after elimination. The players are required to pay for their own accommodations if they continue to stay after their elimination.
All international players are welcomed to continue to stay in the hotel Free of Charge till 26th, March 2018 for the appearance of the Opening Ceremony.
C.所有加入 外围赛国际选手需在2018年3月21日12:00前达到竞赛城市并完成参赛挂号，过期不予受理。
All international qualifier match players should arrive at the venue before 12:00 March 21st, 2018. Players who fail to get to the venue on time will lose their qualification in the event.
D.直接加入 正赛国际选手需在2018年3月24日24:00前达到竞赛城市并完成参赛挂号。
All international final match players should arrive at the venue and register before 12:00 PM, on March 24th, 2018.
7.3 加入 外围赛国内须眉、女子选手的报名措施 及旅程部署

7.3.1 报名确认
Confirmation of the Registration
A.报名时光：自本比赛规程颁布之日起，至2018年2月9日24点截止。
Registration Deadline: Starting from the Official Rules and Policies announced till 12:00 PM on Feb. 9th, 2018.
国内参赛选手如未在报名时光内完成报名，残剩名额将根据排名依次递推；对已确认报名但未按时参赛的选手，将撤消下一赛季参赛资历。
All Chinese mainland players’ registration should be confirmed before Registration Deadline. All players who fail to confirm their registration will lose their spots, the spots will be assigned to other players with lower ranking. Players who fail to show up at the competition place after they confirm their registration will lose their qualifier match in the event or even if ��next seasons.
B.报名方法：所有国内参赛选手均需经由过程中国台球协会官方APP完成2018年度参赛注册, 报名信息发送至[email protected]，[email protected]进行报名。
How to Register: All Chinese mainland players must finish their registration via CBSA’s APP for their play in 2018 and send their entry forms to [email protected] for their play in this event.

7.3.2 旅程部署
Traveling Schedule
A.自2018年3月16日开端赛事组委会部署 招待人员在高铁“玉山南站”接送国内参赛选手达到竞赛指定饭店。
The organizing committee will set up reception teams starting from March 16rd, 2018 in Yushan South Railway Station to pick up and transfer all the players.
B.自3月16日起，国内参赛选手可免费入住赛事指定饭店、解决参赛手续：由赛事组委会招待人员部署 国内参赛选手入住饭店、交纳参赛费、进行参赛挂号、引诱解决参赛事宜。小我竞赛停止日第二天需解决退房，如需持续入住费用自己料理。

8.2竞赛赛制
Competition Format
8.2.1 外围赛
In Qualifier Matches
A.采取 单败镌汰赛，轮流开球，须眉采取 13局7胜，女子采取 9局5胜。
In qualifier match stage, single elimination format will be applied for all the competitions, Man players play Best of 13, and woman Best of 9. All players take turns to kick off.
B. 竞赛分为国际须眉、国际女子、国内须眉、国内女子共四个组别进行竞赛。
There will be 4 qualifying divisions: International Man Division (Outside of Chinese Mainland), International Woman Division (0491Outside of Chinese Mainland), Chinese Mainland Man Division & Chinese Mainland Woman Division.
C.每一个组其余竞赛共分为两场进行竞赛，每一个组别晋级正赛的名额为：国际须眉组：9名、9名；国内须眉组：8名、9名；国际女子组：4名、4名；国内女子组：3名、4名；组委会有权依据现实参赛人员情形最终决议晋级正赛名额。
Players in each division will play 2 matches. Qualified players distribution in each division will be as follows:
International Man Division: 9 & 9
Chinese Mainland Man Division: 8 & 9
International Woman Division: 4 & 4
Chinese Mainland Woman Division: 3 & 4
The organizing committee keeps the rights to reserve a proper final quantity of the players.
D、外围赛国内须眉和女子组的第一场竞赛抽签，根据2017年度CBSA排名设定须眉16名、女子8名为种子选手，第二场竞赛抽签不设种子选手；外围赛国际须眉和女子组的竞赛均不设种子选手。
Top 16 Chinese man players and top 8 Chinese woman players who ranked in CBSA Chinese Pool Events in 2017 will be the seeded players and have to draw for the first qualifier match. There will be no seeded players both for the Chinese and international players in the second qualifier match.
8.2.2 正赛 Final Matches
A、赛段/组别：
Competition stages & Divisions
正赛分为双败镌汰和单败镌汰两个阶𤂙。�段进行竞赛； 第一阶段双败镌汰的竞赛分为：国际须眉(32人)、国内须眉(32人)、国际女子(16人)、国内女子(16人)共四个组分离进行竞赛，每8人一组，轮流开球，须眉组竞赛采取 17局9胜，女子组竞赛采取 13局7胜。
Final match consists of 2 phases:
Phase 1, Double Elimination (DE in short) period,
Phase 2, Single Elimination (SE in short) period.
In phase 1 the DE period, there will be 4 divisions to compete. They are 32 international man players and 32 Chinese man players, and 16 international woman players and top 16 Chinese woman players.
They are divided into 12 groups to compete. There will be 8 players in each group. Players take turns to kick off. In phase 1, man players play Best of 17 and woman Best of 13.
第二阶段单败镌汰的竞赛为：国际须眉组登科16名(胜部8名、败部8名)、国内须眉组登科16名(胜部8名、败部8名)共32名混为须眉组一个组别；国际女子组登科8名(胜部4名、败部4名)、国内女子组登科8名(胜部4名、败部4名)共16名混为女子组一个组别进行竞赛。
In phase 2 the SE period, there will be 16 international man players (8 winner�，��s and 8 losers), 16 Chinese man players (8 winners and 8 losers). The 32 player will be mixed up and set up as a division to compete.
Meanwhile, there will be 8 international woman players (4winners and 4 losers), 8 Chinese woman players (4 winners and 4 losers). The 16 player will be mixed up and set up as a division to compete.
B、赛制：Competition System
第二阶段单败镌汰的竞赛，须眉组1/16、1/8的决赛采取 21局11胜，1/4、1/2和三、四名的决赛采取 25局13胜，冠亚军决赛采取 41局21胜(分上、下半场进行)；女子组1/8的决赛采取 17局9胜，1/4、1/2和三、四名的决赛采取 21局11胜，冠亚军决赛采取 33局17胜(分上、下半场进行)，竞赛采取 轮流开球。
In phase 2 the SE period:
In Man’s 1/16 and 1/8 finals, players play Best of 21.
In man’s 1/4, 1/2 finals and bronze medal winner and last-placed winner rounds, players play Best of 25.
For the final play, players play Best of 41. (Competition is divided into first half and second half.)
In woman’s 1/8 final, players play Best of 17.
In woman’s 1/4, 1/2 finals and bronze medal winner and last-placed winner rounds, players play Best of 21.
For the final play, players play Best of 33. (Competition is divided into first half and second half.)
Players take turns to kick off.
C、抽签：
Draw
正赛第一阶段, 双败镌汰竞赛的抽签不设种子选手；第二阶段单败镌汰竞赛的抽签入位原则, 采取 胜部晋级的选手根据正赛第一阶段的竞赛成就分列出种子次序(如遇成就雷同则抽签决议前后), 并按蛇形分列方法进入种子地位；败部晋级的选手抽签进入败部签位。
Draw rules in DE period: There will be no seeded players to draw for DE period competition.
Draw rules in SE period: The quali；�。fied players will be seeded according to their competition results in DE period, (A draw will be needed if the players’ records are the same), then they draw for their play procedures based on a snake shape array.
The qualified players formed with the losers will draw for their competition procedures.
D、限时：
Timing
限时竞赛的场次，每名选手每击出杆限时为45秒，残剩10秒提示一次，残剩5秒开端读秒；每局每名选手可以延时一次，时光为30秒，决胜局不限时。
In a time-limit match, the duration is 45 seconds. The players will be reminded before the last 10 seconds. Countdown will be started before the last 5 seconds. All the players have a right to ask for a 30-second extension in each round. There will be no time limit in deciding game.
E、区域裁判：
Field referees
非击球球员将承当 裁判的职责。区域裁判的场次由参赛两边自己比球、摆球，记载竞赛成就，两边互相监视犯规行动；任何一方对下一杆击球有疑问，可追求巡场裁判剖断，若有声明事项须向对方告诉；对于迁延时光的场次赛会将采用 计时方法。
Players who are not in play will be acting as a referee. Players will lag and rack their own balls, and record their scores by themselves. Players watch their opponents’ play and have the rights to ask the cruiser or the field referees’ judgment if they have any doubts on any of the play on the table. A timer will be used for any competition with a time limit.
F、歇息：
Rest Time
外围赛的竞赛均不部署 歇息时光，两边选手在竞赛局间可去一次卫生间，但在分开场地之前须经评判员的赞成方可分开；进入正赛竞赛的阶段后，须眉组每场竞赛。��。持续进行8局后，女子组每场竞赛持续进行6局后，两边可配合歇息一次，时光为5分钟。
There is no rest time when players play the qualifier matches. The players can go to the washroom one time during each match, but he or she should get a permit from the referee before leave. All players can have a 5-minute rest after man players pay 8 matches and woman players play 6 matches in the final matches. The players will have a rest together with their opponents.

11.嘉奖措施
Prize Money
11.1 竞赛总奖金300.8万元(单元：国民币)，个中：
Total Prize Money is RMB3.008 million (equals to USD442,350)
须眉奖金185万元，分离为：冠军60万元、亚军30万元、季军15万元、殿军8万元、第5--8名各5万元、第9--16名各2.5万元、第17--32名各1万元、第33--64名各0.5万元。
女子奖金115.8万元，分离为：冠军40万元、亚军20万元、季军10万元、殿军5万元、第5--8名各4万元、第9--16名各1.5万元、第17--32名各0.8万元。
Price Money Breakdown (pre-tax)
竞赛奖金均为税前金额，所有获奖选手由承办单元依照 国度税收划定代扣代缴20%税金。
All prize money is pre-taxed. At least a 20% income tax will be deducted from the prize money amount based on the Chinese taxation policies.
11.2 男女冠军选手获得赛事奖杯，前4名选手均获得中国式台球世界锦标赛奖牌及获奖证书
The top 4 players both man and woman will also get the trophies and award certificates besides their prize money.
12. 参赛请求
Competition Requirments:
12.1 参赛选手加入 竞赛须按赛会划定着装，须眉选手着长袖T恤、马甲、领结，深色西裤，职业装深色皮鞋；女子选手上装不限、深色西裤、职业装深色皮鞋；服装不相符请求者赛会有权制止选手参赛。
All man players’ attire must always meet the requirements of the competition and be clean, proper and in good condition.
Man players may wear a regular collared shirt with a long sleeve, waistcoat and bow tie. Dress pants must be clean in black or dark color and in good condition and Shoes must be elegant dress shoes in dark color that fit in the outfit.
Woman players may wear a shirt, an elegant top, a dress, a blouse or a polo shirt. T-shirts are not permitted. Dress pants will be clean and in good condition and may be of any color. Denim/blue jeans of any color are forbidden even though a jeans design is allowed. Shoes must be elegant dress shoes in dark color that fit in the outfit. Sandals and slippers are forbidden. The players are forbidden to play if their clothes don’t meet the requirements.
12.2 所有参赛选手须着职业装依照 赛会请求加入 赛事揭幕式、揭幕晚宴、抽签典礼，如无故缺席将予以每人每次1000国民币或200美金的罚款；若有特别情形应提早向赛事组委会赛请求。
All players should be dressed nice to participate in the opening ceremony, the evening banquet and draws. Players will lose their qualification if they do not participate in the meeting or the draws without any reasonable excuses. Otherwise he or she will get a fine with the amount of RMB1000 or USD200/time. Players should present a written note to the organizing committee prior to his absence if he or she does need to leave.
12.3 参赛选手加入 竞赛时代，没有经过组委会同意不得加入 贸易赛事和宣扬运动，选手佩戴的贸易标识须佩戴在阁下胸前，每块胸标尺寸为5cmX8cm，并不得跨越四块，个中三块为赛事组委会指定胸标，一块为小我代言胸标。
All players should not participate in any business promotions or propagandas without the permit of the organizing committee. All players should not wear more than 4 logo patches on chest. 3 of the logo patches will be provided by the organizing committee. The players only can wear one of their sponsors’ logo patches. The size of the patch will be 5cmX8cm.
12.4 参赛球员须在赛前15分钟到赛会指定检录处所在报到，由赛会人员检讨参赛球员的服装、商标是否合乎尺度，并在赛前5分钟达到竞赛场地进口，由评判员率领参赛球员进入竞赛场地；裁判长宣告竞赛开端后未参预者将视为弃权
All players should arrive in the check-in desk 15 minutes prior to the start time. The event workers will check the players’ suit and logo patches and guide the players to get to the entrance of the arena. The referee will take the players to the arena. The chief referee has the rights to claim the abstention of the players if they fail to get to the venue after the start time.
12.5 对当值裁判裁决不服的申述需在判罚后两边选手下一击前提出，不然不予受理；如对评判员的判罚有贰言，可向裁判长进行投诉，对裁判长的决议有贰言，可向仲裁委员会投诉，仲裁委员会的决议为最终决议。
All objections, claims or disagreements should be raised before the next play if the players do not agree with the judgments made by the duty referees. Otherwise, the objections, claims or disagreements will be treated as a failure. A complaint can be presented to the chief referee if the players have any objection with this decision of the referee even to the arbitration committee. The arbitration committee’s decision is final.
12.6 参赛选手在竞赛中涌现有意干扰敌手等有违体育道德性为，第一次涌现警告一次，第二次涌现判负一局，第三次涌现撤消竞赛资历。
A warning will be received if a player’s intentional interference in his/her opponent’s play once found by the referee. A lost judgment will be given by the referee for the second time and even if to cancel his/her match qualification for the 3rd time.
12.7 遵照赛会规律，屈服赛会部署 ；竞赛场馆内制止抽烟，参赛球员制止携带移动德律风进入场地，在竞赛进行中制止场外指点，严禁酗酒, 吸毒和任何情势的赌钱行动，严禁任何作奸犯科和有悖道德伦理的行动，违背者将被撤消参赛资历。
All players should comply with the requirements and the regulations of the organizing committee. Smoking is forbidden in the venue and mobile phones are not permitted to take with/into the arena. Bench coaching is not allowed during a match.
Alcohol abuse, drugs and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited. It is deeply forbidden to act in violations of the laws and the ethics.
The referees have the rights to give the players an official warning if they found there are any inappropriate behaviors done by the players. If it happens again, the referees have the rights to give them the technical fouls, or the lost judgments or even if disqualify the players’ qualificat；�ion.
